Job summary

Apex Group Ltd in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software for PAXUS core product suite. You will mentor developers and work with Product, Business Analysis, and Support teams across APAC.

The role requires 10+ years in software development, strong C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, and DevOps experience. Flexible working arrangements are available, reporting to CTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years operating in a mid-senior or lead developer capacity.
• Strong experience with enterprise-grade, client-facing applications.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET.
• SQL Server and relational database design.
• React, TypeScript, and modern front-end development.
• Experience with Git-based version control.
• CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Secure web application development and SDLC knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions aligned to business and product requirements.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the PAXUS product suite, including client-facing portals and internal systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers within the team.
• Promote modern software engineering practices: clean code, automated tests, and CI/CD.
• Support DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and cloud-based tooling.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.
• Translate requirements into robust technical designs.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, BAs, QA, and Support to deliver outcomes.
