GDS Technology Consulting in Philippines seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to translate requirements into scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and ReactJS. You will design, build, and optimize REST APIs and collaborate with distributed teams to deliver value across regions.

The role emphasizes performance, code quality, and mentoring junior developers, with strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud services.

Qualifications

• More than 6 years of experience in full stack development with strong Microsoft Technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6+) for scalable REST APIs.
• Front-end expertise in ReactJS and solid TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Redux and modern state management patterns.
• Proficient in Git and branching strategies (GitFlow or trunk-based).
• Familiarity with Jasmine, Karma, or Protractor testing.
• Experience with SQL Server/Azure SQL and database design/performance tuning.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (App Service, Functions, CosmosDB, Blob Storage) and DevOps.
• Agile methodologies experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
• Bachelor's or master's degree; excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Drive projects to achieve milestones and deliver client value.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions.

• Review code and establish best practices.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver services.
