Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years in mid-senior or lead developer capacity.
• Experience with enterprise-grade, client-facing applications.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server.
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions aligned to business and product requirements.
• Contribute to ongoing development of PAXUS product suite including client-facing portals and internal systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers within the team.
• Promote clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD; improve deployment processes.
