Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy platform features. You will work with a talented Engineering team including QA and PMs to deliver impactful solutions and innovate on our MikMak Platform.

You will contribute to API development, documentation, and CI/CD improvements while aligning with US East coast hours and on-call rotations. Strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-grade features.
• Expert in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Exposure to VueJS, React, and NodeJS.
• Experience with RESTful API development and software architecture.
• Hands-on with relational and MongoDB databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• CI/CD pipelines and Git version control experience.
• Strong English communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with SDLC workflows and AI-powered development tools.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

As a full stack Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying new platform features and resolving issues and bugs. You will be part of a high-powered Engineering team composed of talented developers, QA specialists, and Product Managers, all working together to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality features for the MikMak Platform, adhering to coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Maintain code quality by writing well-tested, documented code with robust unit and integration tests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Product Managers, and QA teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including internal specifications and external-facing API guides.
• Be part of the on-call rotation (1 week on-call roughly every 12 weeks).
• Work US East coast hours and be present and on video for group calls and team meetings.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise‑grade features.

• Experience working on CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on debugging and system performance optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across distributed and cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with agentic SDLC workflows, including the use of autonomous agents for code generation, testing, and system monitoring.
• Strong aptitude for integrating AI‑driven insights into architectural and development decisions.
• Experience leveraging AI‑powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance productivity.
