Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to lead TS/React development, build AI-enabled UI experiences, and mentor engineers in a distributed team environment.

You will design, test, and maintain UI with TypeScript, React 18, Vite, and Tailwind while ensuring accessibility, security, and performance across dashboards and integrations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive full stack software-engineering experience delivering production web apps.
• Advanced TypeScript, JavaScript, and React 18 experience with component architecture, hooks, and routing.
• Experience with Vite or similar build tools and REST/JSON service integration.
• Advanced testing experience with Vitest or Testing Library.

Responsibilities

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) combines advanced TypeScript and React development with strong user-interface architecture, automated testing, accessibility, visualization, and API-integration skills. You will independently execute complex assignments, build configuration-driven and AI-enabled user experiences, review code, mentor less-experienced engineers, resolve integration issues, and prepare complete, well-tested software for review and promotion. You will succeed in this role by advocating for accessible and intuitive user experiences while maintaining rigorous technical, security, and engineering-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain user-interface capabilities using TypeScript, React 18, Vite, and Tailwind CSS. Integrate applications with approved REST and JSON interface contracts and collaborate with back-end engineers to resolve integration issues.

• Build reusable interfaces that render agents, features, navigation, and application behavior from approved configuration manifests. Develop AI-enabled experiences for agent interaction, tool activity, approval requests, markdown context authoring, response presentation, and execution history.

• Develop operational and analytical dashboards using React and legacy technologies such as Jinja2, HTML, and CSS. Create responsive and accessible charts and visualizations using Chart.js, D3, or comparable technologies.

• Incorporate accessibility throughout design and development. Ensure applications meet applicable Section 508 and WCAG requirements through semantic structure, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, accessible forms, focus management, and appropriate visual treatments.

• Implement secure session authentication and role-based access controls. Ensure navigation, actions, data visibility, and application behavior reflect approved user permissions.

• Develop automated tests using Vitest, Testing Library, and related technologies, including unit, component, integration, behavior-driven, end-to-end, regression, accessibility, and performance testing. Apply secure-development and front-end quality practices.

• Diagnose complex user-interface, API-contract, state-management, authentication, authorization, accessibility, visualization, performance, and browser-compatibility issues.

• Participate in design and merge-request reviews, developer pairing, and demonstrations. Mentor less-experienced engineers, evaluate emerging technologies, develop assigned prototypes, and present recommendations that may improve usability, accessibility, performance, maintainability, security, or mission value.

• Follow established technical, security, review, and promotion controls. Promptly elevate unclear requirements, unresolved decisions, security concerns, access limitations, and proposed deviations from approved direction.

• Maintain component documentation, interface notes, implementation diagrams, accessibility evidence, test results, and configuration guidance. Collaborate regularly with GCC and U.S.-based ASCENT team members and perform all work within approved systems, repositories, datasets, and development environments.

About you

• Five or more years of progressive full stack software-engineering experience developing, integrating, testing, and delivering production web applications.

• Advanced production-level TypeScript, JavaScript, and React 18 experience, including component architecture, application state, hooks, routing, asynchronous data handling, error handling, and maintainable front-end design.

• Experience with Vite or a comparable build tool, Tailwind CSS or a comparable styling framework, and contract-based integration with REST and JSON services.

• Advanced experience with Vitest, Testing Library, or comparable technologies, including unit, component, integration, behavior-driven, end-to-end, regression, accessibility, or performance testing.

• Demonstrated experience developing accessible applications that meet Section 508 or WCAG requirements, including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, focus management, accessible forms, and appropriate ARIA use.

• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using React, Chart.js, D3, or comparable technologies, with the ability to maintain legacy Jinja2, HTML, and CSS applications.

• Experience implementing session authentication, role-based access controls, and secure front-end practices, including authorization, input validation, output encoding, dependency management, and protection against common web vulnerabilities.

• Experience building reusable, configuration-driven interfaces using schemas or manifests and developing user experiences for markdown content, execution history, workflow status, or audit records.

• Experience with GitLab or comparable source-code management, CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates, software packaging, and front-end deployment practices.

• Strong debugging and root-cause-analysis skills across user interfaces and API integrations, with the ability to review code, mentor less-experienced engineers, and provide constructive feedback consistent with approved standards. Strong written and verbal English-language communication skills and the ability to independently execute complex assignments within geographically distributed teams, including reasonable overlap with U.S. business hours. Ability to comply with company cybersecurity, confidentiality, intellectual-property, export-control, and data-handling requirements.
