Job summary

Avaloq is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain business-critical CLM/CRM applications. You will resolve production issues, improve reliability, and collaborate with analysts, service managers, product teams and project delivery to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires strong Java, SQL/PL/SQL, Python skills, plus experience with CI/CD, Jira, and container tech like Docker/Kubernetes. Hybrid work is available, with english fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering in banking or financial services.
• Strong programming, analytical and problem-solving skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable, reliable operation of CLM/CRM and third-party apps.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and complex issues.
• Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality code fixes.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent resolutions.
• Collaborate across teams during the software development life cycle.
