Responsibilities include incident resolution, technical design, testing, and knowledge transfer. A minimum of five years in relevant roles with leadership readiness is expected, in a dynamic Agile environment in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of relevant experience and leadership potential.
• Provide second-level support for production-related incidents.
• Lead technical inputs for maintenance and initiatives to improve stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for production incidents with SLA alignment.
• Investigate and implement corrective measures to minimize incidents.
• Provide leadership support for operational requests.
• Prepare technical design documents and unit test results.
• Train and guide other programmers on application functionality.
