Qualifications

• More than 5 years of relevant experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Provide second-level support for production-related application incidents within SLA and coordinate with vendors when applicable.
• Minimize incidents by investigating, analyzing, and implementing corrective measures as directed.
• Provide leadership support for operational requests and technical inputs for maintenance initiatives.
• Prepare technical design documents and code programs according to company standards.
• Perform unit testing and document results, and review tests from others when needed.
• Prepare applications for test and production environments per change control standards.
• Train other programmers on functionality and features and provide technical guidance.

Responsibilities
