• BS Computer Science or Software Engineering or similar course
• 4+ years experience in software development
• Self-starter with fast learning ability

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure APIs and database tables following software development best practices
• Collaborate with Development Lead and Front-end Engineers to design efficient microservices
• Participate with the team on Scrum Events
• Demonstrate robust and reusable codes adhering to best practices and design patterns
• Research on the latest software libraries by creating POC builds
• Develop API tests for back-end services passing code coverage standards
• Test quality of output before hand over to SIT and UAT
• Collaborate in development of bank standards as appropriate
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
