Job summary

WPP is seeking a Social Associate to manage paid social campaigns for a portfolio of WPP Media clients, shaping strategy and optimization across platforms.

You will collaborate with managers and strategists to develop full-funnel social strategies, ensure campaign performance, and maintain platform certifications. This role operates under a hybrid model in Manila, with learning and development opportunities driving ongoing excellence.

Qualifications

• Lead the execution and optimization of Paid Social campaigns across major platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) in accordance with objectives.
• Collaborate with managers and strategists to co-develop full-funnel social strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion).
• Maintain up-to-date certifications (Meta Blueprint, Twitter Flight School) and apply learnings to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and optimization of Paid Social campaigns across major platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with managers and strategists to co-develop full-funnel social strategies.
• Manage activations across core and emerging platforms, providing insights to enhance performance.
• Analyze campaign performance mid-flight and post-launch to deliver actionable recommendations.
