Job summary

TOA Global is seeking an experienced SMSF Administrator to join our Australian accounting support team in Manila. You will prepare SMSF year-end financial statements, member statements, SARs, and TBARs for a portfolio of funds using BGL Simple Fund 360, and lodge BAS/IAS where applicable.

You will also prepare workpapers, reconcile transactions, calculate contributions and pension payments, liaise with SMSF auditors, and stay updated on SIS Act and ATO requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in SMSF administration and accounting with an Australian firm.
• Experience preparing SMSF financial statements and SARs from start to finish for a portfolio of funds.
• Experience drafting pension, contribution and tax calculations and liaising with SMSF auditors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SMSF year-end financial statements, member statements and SARs using BGL Simple Fund 360.
• Prepare year-end workpapers and lodge BAS/IAS where applicable.
• Reconcile fund transactions, calculate contributions and pension payments, TBAR reporting.
