Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Junior SMSF Accountant in the Philippines to join our Australian accounting practice. You will process SMSF contributions, pensions, and rollovers under supervision, ensuring accurate investment reconciliations and audit-ready records.

You will work with seasoned SMSF professionals, build foundational skills in fund administration, and develop compliance with ATO standards and SMSF regulations while enjoying a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of mandatory SMSF experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of basic SMSF administration (contributions, pensions, rollovers) and hands-on knowledge of software such as BGL (Simple Fund 360) or Class Super.

Responsibilities

• Master of Fund Administration: process member contributions, pensions, and rollovers with high precision.
• Architect of Compliance: prepare foundational SMSF financial statements and tax returns under senior guidance.
• Audit Preparation Specialist: build the gold standard for workpapers and support documentation for external audits.
• Strategic Team Collaborator: coordinate with senior SMSF accountants to resolve queries and ensure timely, accurate fund accounts.
