Job summary

DBS in Noida seeks a Relationship Manager to acquire and build a diversified portfolio within the IBG 4 segment, focusing on assets, trade, cash, treasury, and fees. You will work with customers, risk, and operations to approve and disburse deals, while driving cross-sell of liabilities and treasury products.

The role requires experience in SME/Business Banking, strong sales history, and knowledge of market competition.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in sales.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in working capital for SME/Business Banking.
• Proven sales track record in asset business within SME/Business Banking.

Responsibilities

• Source New to Bank Asset relationships within IBG 4 Segment. Ensure sanction and disbursement in liaison with Customer, Risk and Operations teams.
• Cross-sell of Liability, Trade, Cash and Treasury products.
• Achieve monthly/annual revenues across product parameters; perform proper due diligence on onboarding assets.
