Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior SmartCOMM Developer / CCM Specialist to architect and deliver high-volume CCM templates and drive enterprise integration. Remote-friendly, hybrid work option with a focus on modernization and best practices in CCM design.

The role requires 7–9 years in CCM, with 4+ years in SmartCOMM, and strong experience in data modeling, XML/XSD/JSON, and REST/SOAP integrations. Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering is expected.

Qualifications

• 7 to 9 years in CCM with at least 4+ years in SmartCOMM
• SmartCOMM Template Designer and Data Modeler experience
• Proficient in XML, XSD, JSON, XPath
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver high-volume batch and interactive CCM templates
• Integrate SmartCOMM with Salesforce, Guidewire, SAP, or similar systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Configure data models, schemas, and business logic for dynamic layouts
• Lead template design for multi-channel outputs (Print, Email, SMS, Web)
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior CCM developers
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in batch runs and API-driven ops
