Job summary

SimCorp Manila seeks an experienced cloud systems administrator to maintain the Client Reporting platform. You will manage platform availability, handle incidents, perform upgrades, and support onboarding for global clients.

The role requires Windows Server administration, PowerShell scripting, and DevOps practices in a DevOps/Agile environment. You will work with Azure IaaS, Virtual Machines, and SQL Server, ensuring security, compliance, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server administration, DNS, AD, IIS and network services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and IaaS concepts.
• Experience with incident management, on-call support, and Change Management processes.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage support cases and provide Level 3 support to troubleshoot issues on the Client Reporting Platform.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of Windows Server, infrastructure and applications.
• Handle data migrations, environment refreshes, and deployment of virtual resources.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Support security, vulnerability management, DR testing, and audit checks.
