Job summary

DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking a SAM Senior Associate to drive site acquisition, EPC and leasing processes, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites in the Philippines. You will coordinate with vendors, local government offices, and landlords to ensure timely approvals, documentation, and contract execution, while maintaining strict adherence to SAM standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC, Leasing, and site management.
• Familiarity with regulatory permits and government filings.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAM trackers and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate with Vendors and Lessors to secure approvals and documentation.
• Conduct on-site validation and site/audit activities.
• Prepare weekly reports and updates for SAM Manager.
• Ensure compliance of rental payments and contract amendments.
