Qualifications

• Bachelor-level Engineering degree required.
• At least 3 years teaching engineering subjects, especially power plant design/operations.
• At least 2 years in a power plant control room.
• Knowledge of coal-fired plant theories, plant systems, and Ovation software.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead simulator training using Ovation Operator and Engineering Applications.
• Assess operators before confirmation.
• Provide DCS technical support by developing and testing control logic and models.
• Drive the Cadetship Program with international training center programs.
