Job summary
Alstom in Pampanga/Ortigas, Manila, Philippines, seeks a Senior Project Installation Engineer to lead SIG & COM installations and on-site coordination. You will supervise installation workers and subcontractors, ensure materials and tools are ready, and drive alignment with safety, quality, and project requirements.

Qualifications
- Experience in SIG & COM systems installation and project management.
- Knowledge of EHS standards and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with installation design coordination and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare installation work by organizing 4M checklist and verifying documents.
- Supervise installation workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and priority setting.
- Ensure on-site and onboard installation execution per procedures.
- Coordinate with PrYM, report progress and address issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during activities.
- Support handover to SIG & COM T&C team and customer.
- Identify and verify contract requirements for equipment and cableway installations.
- Manage day-to-day activities of subcontractors and foster collaboration.
