Job summary

ALSTOM Transport Construction Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Installation Engineer - COM to lead on-site installation activities for SIG & COM systems at Pampanga and Ortigas sites in the Philippines.

You will supervise installation workers and subcontractors, ensure resource readiness, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet safety and quality standards. You will drive design coordination, troubleshoot issues, and support handover to the T&C team and customer,

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in SIG & COM systems installation and project management.
Knowledge of EHS standards and quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with installation design coordination and troubleshooting.
Good communication and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise SIG & COM installation workers and subcontractors, guiding priorities and ensuring on-site execution.
Ensure availability of materials, tools, and resources for installations.
Coordinate with project management and QA teams, reporting progress and addressing issues promptly.
Oversee handover procedures to the SIG & COM T&C team and the customer.
Identify and verify contract requirements for equipment and cableway installations.
