Job summary

Stubble Suede is a U.S.-based e‑commerce brand seeking a full‑time Senior Shopify Designer & Developer. The role is hybrid, demanding both high‑fidelity design in Figma and robust implementation in Shopify.

You will design premium, mobile‑first storefronts, convert designs into custom Shopify sections, and work with Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript to optimize PDPs, collections, and promos. Experience with premium DTC brands and Shopify APIs is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify/Liquid development.
• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills.
• Solid Figma UI/UX capabilities.
• Exposure to premium DTC/e‑commerce brands.
• Excellent mobile‑first design instincts.
• Understanding of conversion‑focused PDP and landing pages.
• Experience with Shopify APIs and custom apps is a plus.

Job description

We are a U.S.-based e-commerce company building premium DTC brands and are looking for a full-time Senior Shopify Designer & Developer.

This is a hybrid role. We need someone who can design high-converting storefronts in Figma AND build them properly in Shopify.

We are NOT looking for someone who only installs themes or uses page builders.

What You'll Do

• Design premium, mobile-first Shopify pages in Figma
• Turn Figma designs into custom Shopify sections/pages
• Work with Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Build and improve PDPs, landing pages, cart drawers and collection pages
• Implement bundle, subscription and promotional functionality
• Integrate Shopify apps and APIs when needed
• Optimize mobile UX, responsiveness, performance and CRO
• Maintain and improve our existing Shopify stores
• Troubleshoot bugs and QA your own work
  

You Should Have

• Strong Shopify / Liquid development experience
• Advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Strong Figma UI/UX skills
• Experience with premium DTC/e-commerce brands
• Excellent mobile-first design instincts
• Understanding of conversion-focused PDP and landing-page design
• Experience with Shopify APIs/custom apps is a major plus
  

Compensation

$2,000–$3,000+ USD/month depending on experience and ability

Full-time, long-term position.

We are willing to pay more for someone who is genuinely exceptional at both development and design.
