Job summary

Maximo Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant in the Philippines. You will lead technical design and architecture, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and develop modules, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.

The role requires hands-on scripting, strong ITIL/SDLC understanding, and the ability to mentor junior staff while engaging with stakeholders to ensure governance and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of ServiceNow consulting or development experience.
• Experience with enterprise ServiceNow deployments across multiple modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions.

• Configure and develop ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Design integrations with REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

• Ensure governance, best practices, release management, and platform standards.
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates and capabilities.
• Provide on-call support for major incidents and VIP requests.

About the role

Senior ServiceNow Consultant role involving technical design, architecture, implementation, and development of ServiceNow solutions. The position requires leading solution design based on client and business requirements, translating functional requirements into scalable technical designs, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions based on client or business requirements
• Translate functional and business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Configure and develop ServiceNow modules, applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and integrations
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and other integration tools
• Provide technical leadership to junior consultants, developers, and administrators
• Engage with clients, business users, and stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on ServiceNow capabilities
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, release management, and platform governance
• Stay current with ServiceNow product updates, releases, and emerging platform capabilities
• Provide support for major incidents and VIP requests related to ServiceNow during on-call support schedules

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-6 years or more of experience in ServiceNow consulting, implementation, or platform development
• Experience in enterprise ServiceNow deployments across multiple modules
• Experience with ServiceNow application development and platform customization
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and release management practices
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal / Employee Center, ACLs, roles, and security model
