Ernst & Young is seeking a Senior ServiceNow professional to join our GDS ServiceNow team. You will configure, customize and automate the ServiceNow platform, building workflows and integrations to meet client requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

You will gather business needs, translate them into technical specs, and work with cross-functional teams to deploy dashboards and reports that drive performance analytics.

Qualificações

• College degree in a technology field or comparable experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow configurations and integrations is preferred.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow system including workflows.
• Build service request fulfillment workflows from customer requirements.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting and ServiceNow features.
• Perform integrations and automation using Orchestration and Web Services.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Load and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Create dashboards and reports to support stakeholders.
• Analyse user stories to improve system capabilities and scheduling.
