Job summary

Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and related modules.

The successful candidate will develop custom rules, scripts, policies, and UI components, while building automated workflows and integrations using REST APIs and MID Server. Strong stakeholder collaboration and production support are essential.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord and GlideAjax.
• Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB and workflow automation.
• Experience working across development, UAT and production environments.
• Good stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is preferred.
