Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and test catalog items, custom apps, automation, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs, and produce technical design documents to support reliable ITSM solutions.

You will provide production support, participate in upgrades, and contribute to AI-enabled workflows, ensuring alignment with ITIL practices and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional work experience.
• At least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript-based design, development, and implementation for ITSM modules.
• Familiarity with Now Assist AI capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of Catalog items.
• Configure and support Now Assist AI features across ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation for AI-enabled workflows.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and implement on the ServiceNow platform.
