Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years of application development with 4–5 years in ServiceNow implementation.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Glide scripting, and UI policies.
• Hands‑on ServiceNow experience across ITSM/ITOM and custom apps.
• Experience with ServiceNow discovery, CMDB, and asset management modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions for hybrid environments.
• Develop portals with custom widgets using Bootstrap and AngularJS.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to gather requirements.
• Lead automated workflows and rollout of new applications and enhancements.
• Advise on best practices and ensure ITIL aligned design and implementation.
