Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Project Manager - Security (Mid / Senior) to lead multi-site security system projects in the Canton, MA area, serving customers throughout greater Boston and Rhode Island. The role requires overseeing schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and billing while ensuring safety and quality throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
5+ years (Senior) or 3+ years (Mid) in commercial security/CCTV tech.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and wiring diagrams.
Experience with MS Office and project management software.
Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license; eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Evaluate project specs and establish comprehensive schedules with the team.
Oversee procurement and participate in cost reviews for financial efficiency.
Assist Operations Manager in subcontractor contracting and safety compliance.
Conduct orientations and provide scope, drawings, and diagrams to technicians.
Track resources, document schedule impacts, and pursue change orders.
Coordinate project billing with accounting; schedule commissioning and close-out docs.
