Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in project engineering within manufacturing, with strong knowledge of civil/structural works and PM methodologies. Local site work in Laguna is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Eng; licensure is an advantage.
• 5+ years leadership in project engineering, plant engineering, construction management, or capital project execution in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of civil/structural works, PM methodologies, construction practices, and safety standards.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects from concept through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project strategies for timely, cost-effective delivery of major initiatives.
• Prepare and manage schedules, budgets, resource plans, and performance tracking.
• Monitor progress and report milestones, expenditures, risks, and mitigations.
• Oversee capital projects including facility expansions, plant upgrades, infrastructure improvements.
• Evaluate contract proposals for approval and align with specifications and standards.
• Lead contractors, consultants, and project teams through full lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Drive contractor performance to meet project objectives while ensuring quality.
