Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead regional security technology projects across the APAC region. This role oversees the full lifecycle from initiation to handover, collaborating with senior stakeholders, IT teams and regional vendors.

The successful candidate will ensure on-time delivery within budget while complying with governance, security standards and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Project Manager or similar delivery role.
• Background in project, construction, facilities, or technology environments preferred.
• Experience working in corporate office or multi-site environments is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of project management and delivery practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with enterprise systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security technology projects across APAC locations.
• Manage planning, approvals, execution, testing, and handover of projects.
• Drive regional initiatives such as system upgrades, technology refreshes, and new security deployments.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Engage with senior stakeholders including Security, IT, Business, and Risk teams.
