Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, solution-oriented SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant to drive our enterprise transformation. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, designing and delivering robust S/4HANA solutions that optimize core operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, leading implementation streams from initial business blueprinting through to go-live and hypercare.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead functional design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, or PP/PP-DS).

• Partner with cross-functional business leads to map as-is processes, define to-be business models, and translate requirements into scalable SAP designs.

• Author clear, detailed Functional Specifications (FSDs) for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements (WRICEF).

• Manage data migration activities, working alongside technical teams to ensure clean extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into S/4HANA.

• Oversee integration points between SAP core, third-party software, and cloud applications (such as SAP BTP, Ariba, or Salesforce).

• Drive testing cycles (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing) and deliver targeted training to end-users and power users.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: 5+ years of SAP functional experience, including at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield implementation.

• Domain Expertise: Deep configuration skills in your primary module (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, or SCM) alongside a strong grasp of cross-module integration points.

• Process Knowledge: Proven track record of evaluating complex enterprise business processes and adopting SAP Best Practices.

• Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business partners and executive stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical mindset capable of troubleshooting system defects during migration, testing, and post-go-live support.

What Will Set You Apart

• Active SAP S/4HANA certifications in your primary module.

• Direct hands-on experience using SAP Fiori applications, SAP BTP, or Central Finance.

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology or agile project frameworks.

• Prior background in industry-specific solutions (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods).
