Job summary

Accentures is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to join our team in Cebu, working onsite at multiple client sites including Cebu and Metro Manila. You will shape detailed blueprints for S/4HANA development and provide business and functional support for SAP modules, especially for ECC migration or conversion to SAP S/4HANA.

The role covers General Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, Financial Supply Chain, Treasury & Banking, and BPC.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• 2+ years of SAP ERP as Finance functional consultant.
• Understanding of end-to-end record to report processes.
• Knowledge of FI, CO integration with SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules, including S/4HANA conversions.
• Assess current processes and design delta implementations for SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop functional/technical specifications for delta design and conversion tools.
• Execute system configuration to enable SAP S/4HANA conversion.
• Lead testing and defect resolution during conversions.

The Work

As a S/4HANA Finance Consultant, you will be the part of our team of experts responsible for creating a detailed blueprint for the development requirements of S/4HANA, and for providing business and functional support around SAP modules, particularly for ECC Migration or conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA. You will also be in charge of the configuration and functions for any of the following areas:

• General Accounting
• Controlling
• Product Costing
• Asset Accounting & Project Systems
• Financial Supply Chain Management
• Treasury & Banking
• Business Planning & Consolidation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules, particularly for conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module vs. the equivalent in SAP S/4HANA, and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.
• Provide technology consulting expertise and develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design, and for tools to support the SAP S/4HANA conversion.
• Execute the necessary system configuration to enable to SAP S/4HANA conversion.
• Lead testing and defect resolution in the context of SAP S/4HANA conversions.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• 2+ Years of Experience in SAP ERP as Finance functional consultant
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of record to report
• Must demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, etc.).
• Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and training sessions
• ECC Practitioners will be given upskilling training, to be job ready for S/4HANA implementations
• Willing to travel for possible onshore requirements
• Open for those applicants who are currently in Philippines and already have the right to live and work in this country are eligible for this role
• Should not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
