Job summary

Xideral is seeking an Experienced SAP Basis Lead Consultant for a long‑term, remote role in Mexico. The candidate will lead SAP Basis initiatives, architect S/4HANA migrations, and drive cloud integrations across AWS/Azure/GCP with strong leadership and client‑facing skills.

Requires 10+ years in SAP Basis, S/4HANA and ECC experience, and bilingual English/Spanish. Travel up to 80% is expected; Bachelor’s degree or higher is mandatory. Competitive salary with premium benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Basis experience.
• Strong S/4HANA and ECC Basis expertise.
• Experience with OS/DB/platform/cloud migrations (2–3 projects).
• Fluency in English and Spanish; bilingual communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Basis discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Automate routine SAP Basis processes to improve efficiency.
• Design integrations between SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Lead OS, database, platform, and cloud migrations across projects.
• Support full lifecycle SAP implementations using recognized methodologies.
• Provide SAP Basis expertise across SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, HANA, BOBJ.
• Advise on migrations, implementations, and operations across clouds.
• Lead customer meetings and present complex technical concepts.
