Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced SAP Basis administrator to manage and optimize our SAP landscape in a hybrid role based near Santa Fe, Mexico City. You will monitor system health, perform upgrades, and coordinate with Accenture on Basis topics to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of SAP Basis experience, strong knowledge of HANA/Oracle/SQL Server, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), plus fluent English and Spanish. ITIL and vendor coordination experience are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Engineering degree in a related field.
8+ years SAP Basis experience in productive environments.
Experience with HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Cloud experience: AWS, Azure or GCP.
Vendor coordination experience.
ITIL knowledge.
Advanced English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the Basis operation of the SAP landscape, monitoring system status and upgrades.
Coordinate and oversee SAP Basis topics with Accenture, review deliverables and ensure standards.
Operate the Transport Management System, control change flow and production transports, ensure traceability.
Perform performance tuning and proactive monitoring to prevent incidents.
Oversee system copies, refreshes, and DR testing alignment with production.
Coordinate with SAP security, DBAs, networks, and application teams.
Ensure compliance with controls and audit policies.
