Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP custom development, technical design, integrations, enhancements, and production support across ECC and S/4HANA environments.

You will lead design and development of complex SAP solutions, build RICEF objects, implement enhancements, and mentor junior developers while ensuring quality and security compliance. You will collaborate with functional teams on upgrades and transformations.

Qualifications

8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
Strong OO ABAP expertise.
Experience with Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF).
Knowledge of BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, and Function Modules.
Strong understanding of SAP Data Dictionary and ABAP Objects.
Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Experience with SAP integration concepts and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of complex SAP custom solutions.
Develop and maintain RICEF objects and enhance modules as required.
Translate FS to TS and provide technical recommendations.
Design & develop integrations using BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, Web Services and APIs.
Mentor junior developers and ensure coding standards and security practices.
