Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking an SAP ABAP HANA Developer with hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP and S/4HANA or SoH to design, develop, and implement SAP solutions for global environments.

You will work with global teams, contributing to CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and Clean Core initiatives, while mentoring junior developers and delivering large‑scale SAP transformations in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• 6+ months of SAP S/4HANA or Suite on HANA (SoH) experience.
• ABAP Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP).
• NW 7.5 experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP applications using ABAP and ABAP-OO in S/4HANA and other SAP platforms.
• Develop and extend CDS Views and AMDP in S/4HANA.
• Work hands‑on with SAP NetWeaver Gateway OData.
• Modernize RICEFW developments toward Clean Core principles.
• Conduct code reviews and support junior developers through technical guidance and mentorship.
• Participate in requirements gathering, development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation.
• Collaborate with onshore, offshore, and cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Design and implement new SAP features and functionalities using modern technologies.

Our client is looking for an SAP ABAP HANA Developer with hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP and SAP S/4HANA or Suite on HANA (SoH) to design, develop, and implement SAP solutions for global business environments. The role is ideal for an ABAP developer who has experience in RICEFW development, ABAP Object‑Oriented Programming, and modern SAP development and is ready to work on large‑scale SAP transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with global teams and/or clients, contributing to SAP solutions involving S/4HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and Clean Core. This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in modern SAP technologies while working on complex, enterprise‑level projects.

Alternative consideration: Candidates without 6+ months of S/4HANA/SoH experience may be considered if they have relevant SAP Upgrade experience, such as Unicode conversion, SPDD/SPAU/SPAU_ENH, ABAP support for Basis upgrades, or functional testing.
