Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP professional to join our AMS organization. You will collaborate with client IT and AMS teams, addressing 2nd/3rd level incidents, and lead design discussions for enhancements.

Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication are essential to deliver reliable SAP solutions. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in SAP ABAP, SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and experience with cloud or on-premise deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• 5-8 years of hands-on development experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support or implementation team member.
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving in a multi-platform environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level AMS support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and resolve production incidents per SLA.
• Lead design discussions for medium to complex enhancements and estimate efforts for end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to AMS processes; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project teams in delivering SAP solutions and developing client-facing materials.
