Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Lead Salesforce Business Analyst to drive the day‑to‑day delivery of Salesforce initiatives. You will coordinate with RevOps, Corp IT, GTM, and other teams to design scalable solutions that improve KPIs and ROI.

Bring 5+ years in business analysis with leadership experience, plus Salesforce expertise and strong communication skills. This hybrid role supports both on‑site and remote collaboration, with a focus on process optimization and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Experience with DocuSign, Zoominfo, Salesloft is advantageous.
• Salesforce-Certified Administrator and/or Business Analyst certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day functional delivery and execution of Salesforce initiatives across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with RevOps, Corp IT, GTM, Customer Care, IT, Finance and other teams.
• Plan and track Salesforce initiatives, facilitate sprint planning, drive project completion.
