A successful Lead Salesforce Business Analyst will lead the day-to-day functional delivery and execution of Salesforce initiatives, owning the assignment and progression of work across multiple projects. You will work closely with stakeholders across RevOps, Corp IT, GTM, Customer Care, IT, Finance and other internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and proof-of-concepts that support business processes, automation and transformation. This role is responsible for managing the intake, planning, and tracking of Salesforce-related initiatives, including facilitating sprint planning, and driving project execution through to completion. You will leverage deep Salesforce expertise to guide solution design, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives, delivering scalable solutions that improve KPIs and ROI.
Planning: Align team skills and capacity with organizational goals, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
Quality Assurance: Review and validate team deliverables including user stories, process maps, and documentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
Resource Allocation: Manage workload distribution based on business priorities, impact, and urgency.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
Experience with platforms such as DocuSign, Zoominfo, Salesloft is advantageous.
Lead Experience: Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects from conception to completion.
Salesforce Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Salesforce tools and platform configuration.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Process Mapping: Proficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro is a plus.
Analytical Tools: Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certifications: Salesforce-Certified Administrator and/or Business Analyst preferred.

Working Environment For remote or hybrid positions, you must have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and ensures privacy. Working at home requires internet speeds that can support the Company systems; a minimum download speed of 120 mps and 10 mbp upload is required. Computers must be hard‑wired to a router (We provide equipment). All remote employees must be on camera for all training sessions, including new hire orientation and meetings with leaders and clients. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, and phone.
Please note that a valid NBI clearance is required for this role. Candidates must ensure that it is available as soon as possible to avoid delays in the hiring process.
