Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila provides IT and business services to a global user base. We seek an experienced Salesforce administrator and developer to own SFDC enhancements, integrations, and app development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Commerce Cloud.

You will partner with business teams to translate needs into scalable SFDC solutions, ensure data governance, and support regulatory requirements while delivering training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• At least 5 years Salesforce working experience.
• Experience in a multi‑national/global organization.
• Salesforce platform configuration and development experience (APEX, LWC).
• Certifications preferred (e.g., Admin, Developer).

Job Description

The position will be a member of the IT Competency Center Sales Finance and HR. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience and knowledge in Salesforce platform administration and development. This position will be responsible for advanced administrator tasks on the Salesforce platform and required to work closely with subject matter experts to implement enhancements and new functionalities on the SFDC platform. This role is expected to be the IT SFDC platform admin and related integrations subject matter expert, be a big‑picture thinker and an in‑depth problem solver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field

• Demonstrable work experience in a multi‑national, global organization
• Prior information technology working experience
• Salesforce platform configuration and administration covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Services, CPQ, Commerce Cloud (B2B & B2C),etc.
• Salesforce platform development standards & methodologies for implementing custom business logics e.g., APEX, LWC, etc.
• Application integration, sharing, and authorization rules configuration, identity, and access design and implementation
• Data management and integration technologies/tools experience (e.g., ESB, ETL).
• Experience in web and mobile application development, programming, and collaboration platforms e.g., Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
• Salesforce certifications e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, etc.
• Good context‑specific and adaptive communication skills to technical and non‑technical audiences

Additional Information

Most of the time the job crosses multiple IT organizational levels, BU's within the division, and business functional areas.

It is important that good project management and organizational practices are maintained.

The job requires the need to adapt and come up with quick designs to implement.

Out of the box thinking is required. Ability to communicate with multiple management levels is required.

Experience with external audit teams is a big part of the job, so comfort with dealing with regulatory differences and how to overcome those is needed.
