Our Clients is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer on a contract basis in the Philippines, with potential for absorption. The role focuses on scalable CRM solutions, system enhancements, and integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
5+ years of CRM development experience, preferably Salesforce.
Strong hands-on Apex, Lightning Components, and LWC experience.
Experience with system integration, API development, and automation.
Exposure to Agentforce is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce/CRM solutions from design through testing.
Handle complex user stories and changes within Agile sprints.
Conduct technical analysis, design, and effort estimation for enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues with minimal disruption.
Develop and maintain clean, secure, scalable code following best practices.
Build and maintain integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
