• Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce/CRM solutions from design through testing.
• Handle complex user stories and changes within Agile sprints.
• Conduct technical analysis, design, and effort estimation for enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues with minimal disruption.
• Develop and maintain clean, secure, scalable code following best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the team on a contract basis, with potential for absorption. The role will focus on developing scalable CRM solutions, delivering system enhancements, supporting integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce/CRM solutions from technical design through testing.
  
• Handle complex user stories, enhancements, and change requests within Agile sprint cycles.
  
• Conduct technical analysis, solution design, and effort estimation for system enhancements.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and production issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
  
• Develop and maintain clean, secure, and scalable code following Salesforce and development best practices.
  
• Build and maintain integrations with external platforms using APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in CRM development, preferably with Salesforce.
