Job summary

Intellias is hiring for a Salesforce/Certinia PSA developer to support and enhance a mature ecosystem used by distributed teams in the US and Canada. You will work with Salesforce, Certinia PSA, CPQ, Apex, REST APIs, and Azure services to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Certinia PSA and Lightning Web Components, strong SQL skills, and a track record in Agile environments with CI/CD. Collaboration across multiple teams and time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of application development experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA.
• Good understanding of end-to-end Certinia PSA process and data model.
• Lightning and Lightning Web Components knowledge.
• Salesforce APIs and web services experience.
• Experience managing Salesforce permission sets, objects, and configurations.
• Experience with Salesforce managed packages and external systems.
• Understanding integrations across enterprise systems.
• Production issue debugging experience.
• Experience writing complex database queries.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support solutions on Salesforce and Certinia PSA.
• Support full PSA business lifecycle within Certinia PSA implementation.
• Analyze existing functionality and deliver enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Apex code and Lightning Web Components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Analyze integration flows between Salesforce, Certinia, and other systems.
• Build REST API integrations and work with Azure-based services.
• Analyze data and write complex queries for development and troubleshooting.
• Participate in architecture planning for scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Create technical designs and implementation specifications.
• Mentor engineers and support knowledge sharing.
• Develop test plans and ensure QA standards.
