Job summary

Lean Solutions Group seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions across distributed environments. You will own custom Lightning Web Components and Apex development, and leverage Omnistudio for digital automation.

You will establish modern CI/CD practices, enforce design patterns, mentor developers, and drive secure API integrations with external systems. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional Salesforce core platform experience in enterprise environments.
Expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio to streamline complex workflows.
Experience automating CI/CD deployments with modern tools.
Strong API integration, data modeling, and governor limits management.
Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and deliver Salesforce Apex and LWC solutions.
Design interfaces using Omnistudio for OmniScripts and DataRaptors.
Establish CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
Implement secure REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices.
