Job summary

Solar SynergyOne in the Philippines seeks a Senior Sales Representative to drive nationwide solar PV and energy storage solutions from Metro Manila and travel to project sites.

You will build distribution with installers and developers, manage pricing and quotations with the Manila warehouse team, and push monthly targets.

The role rewards a strong network, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of solar PV and/or energy storage sales experience in the Philippines.
• Established network with installers, EPCs, retailers, and project developers.
• Strong knowledge of net-metering, DOE regulations, and utility requirements.
• Willing to travel and self-motivated.

Solar SynergyOne isa Philippine-based importer and distributor of Tier 1 solar PV modules and BESS from leadingglobalmanufacturers, with local inventory in Manila.

We are looking for asenior sales professional with around 5 years of experiencein the Philippine solar/energy storage sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop nationwide distribution through installers, regional retailers, and sub-distributors
• Pursue project opportunities with developers, EPCs, and C&I clients
• Manage pricing, quotations, and order processing with the Manila warehouse team
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and technical workshops for partners

Requirements:

• Around 5 years of solar PV and/or energy storage sales experience in the Philippines
• Established network with installers, EPCs, retailers, and project developers
