Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in electrical, lighting, automation, or building solutions industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or Business Administration.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate design, preparation of design and construction documents.
• Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate each phase of the project.
• Provide construction services including site visits and review shop drawings.
• Be the key contact with the client and their consultants and representatives.
• Assemble consultant team and facilitate contracts.
• Coordinate with Ware Malcomb to ensure coordinated contract documents for permits and construction.
• Conduct project code searches and analysis; ensure financial success of projects.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, contractors, consultants, and team members.
