Job summary

ENTECH Philippines is seeking a Sales Senior Executive to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships in the Philippines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and execute sales strategies, and represent the brand professionally during client visits and fieldwork.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of achieving targets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 of experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Preferably with experience in pest control company or service industry.
• Preferably owns and drives a vehicle, or willing to commute for client meetings and fieldwork.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver excellent results.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies, retention plans, and data-driven approaches to enhance marketing efforts.
• Build strong client relationships by ensuring excellent service, timely delivery, and consistent satisfaction.
• Conduct client visits and fieldwork as needed to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities.
• Represent the brand professionally while engaging with clients and supporting business expansion.
