You will implement safety policies, conduct inspections, and deliver training to employees and contractors, fostering a culture of safety throughout all project teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication with partners and clients, acting as an ambassador for Power 4 All while driving safety initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in safety, engineering, or related field with applicable certifications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of local safety regulations and industry standards.
• Experience in safety management for construction, wastewater treatment, or solar projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure wastewater treatment and solar projects comply with local safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide safety training to employees and contractors on best practices and emergency response.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, site visits, and audits for compliance and improvements.
• Investigate accidents and near misses; prepare detailed preventive reports.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for projects.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly safety meetings with subcontractors and employees.
• Promote safety culture and responsibility across the project team.
