Job summary

Ecological Energy Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Officer 3 to join our Health, Safety & Environment team.

Based in Valencia, Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will develop and oversee safety programmes across our construction operations, driving a zero-harm culture and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role reports to senior management and requires 7–10 years in HSE within construction, a BS in a related field, and a Philippine Safety Officer 3 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Professional Safety Officer 3 certification or equivalent in the Philippines
• 7–10 years in health, safety and environmental management within construction/heavy industries
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regs and international safety standards
• Strong safety management systems expertise and implementation ability
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to mentor and train safety staff

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee safety programmes across construction operations
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses across sites
• Perform safety inspections and audits with documented findings and corrective actions
• Lead incident investigations and implement preventative measures
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to staff and contractors
• Monitor compliance with regulations and maintain records
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into operations
• Maintain safety statistics and KPIs for management review
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external safety bodies
• Mentor junior safety staff
