Job summary

Indra Group in the Philippines seeks an experienced RPA professional to join our automation team as a developer and mentor. You will drive planning, design, and delivery of automation components across UiPath, Blue Prism, and Power Automate, while guiding junior engineers and performing code reviews.

You will collaborate across engineering and testing services, implement robust tests, handle orchestration and logging, and help advance automation initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years experience in software development or automation.
• 3 to 5 years hands-on RPA development experience.
• Strong proficiency in RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
• Experience with orchestration tools, queue management, logging, and exception handling.
• Knowledge of APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, and scripting (VB.NET, Python, PowerShell) is beneficial.
• Ability to lead development activities, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Preferred certifications: UiPath Advanced Developer, Blue Prism Professional Developer, or equivalent.
