Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre seeks an Automation Engineer to help develop and implement automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and other platforms. You will work with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable automation designs and ensure governance and agile practices are followed.

The role involves leading a team of developers, identifying ROI for automation opportunities, and improving processes across the delivery model to deliver tangible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in IT, Software Eng., or related field.
• 3+ years work experience in automation or RPA is preferred.
• Experience with multiple RPA platforms and programming languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical automation designs.
• Build automation solutions using RPA tools and programming languages.
• Support governance, delivery models, and agile practices.
• Define reusable design patterns forRobotics, Automation & AI initiatives.
