Artelia Philippines Inc. seeks a Civil Design Engineer to contribute to Nordic road projects from the Philippines. You will join a team designing highways, parking facilities, and bike infrastructure, coordinating with Denmark to ensure alignment.

The role requires 5–8 years of civil design experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads/ProjectWise. You will handle complex road projects with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 5–8 years of technical civil design experience.
• Proficient in road design and related engineering principles.
• Experience using Bentley MicroStation, OpenRoads and ProjectWise.
• Experience outsourcing and handling international client interactions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented and analytical for complex road projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design and development of road projects in the Nordics region.
• Work on highways, parking facilities, bus, and bicycle lanes across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with counterparts in Denmark to align project goals.
• Prepare drawings and models to support project execution.
• Develop pavement structures and road markings.
• Ensure road designs comply with Denmark's road standards and regulations.
• Analyze topographic surveys and 3D terrains for site grading.
